How can I check the status of my order?
When your item is dispatched, you will receive a confimation either an Email or a Whatsapp message with the tracking information attached.
Do you provide international shipping?
Yes. We do ship internationally. We use DHL to ship overseas, but there is a minimal delivery fee to it.
What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
Please feel free to contact our customer service if there is a problem with the acceptance of your payment, and we will get in touch with you via phone or email as soon as possible.
How can i return or exchange my order?
Not all purchases are eligible for exchange or return. We do not issue refunds for any things that are customised to fit. To return an item for store credit, send us an email at care@notjusttrivia.in along with your return request and any suggestions you may have for how we may make our product offering better. Please note that some styles are only available for exchange and cannot be returned; this is specified on each product page.
How much time does it take to refund the amount (if any issues)?
The amount for your return generally takes 7 to 10 working days via the same payment method. Although, if you’d prefer, you can recieve shop credits in 2 to 3 working days.
Do you gift wrap /provide gift coupons against purchases?
Yes, we will gift wrap your purchases for your family, friends & other loved ones. However, you must send a request through email to care@notjusttrivia.in ! Charges may apply
Is there any minimum order value to be placed to get free shipping?
Shop for Rs.999/- or above and Shipping will be freewithin India. (for each address).
How do i use promotion codes?
You can apply your discount code during the checkout process. You will then be able to redeem your coupon.

I've forgotten my password - what should i do?
Click the “Forgot Password” button to reset your password. Your mailbox will receive an email showing instructions on “HOW YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD” (if not found kindly check your spam folder). For security reasons we won’t be able to send you your old password via email.
