Refund & Returns Policy
FOR INDIA:
We are very sure of you buying products which you loved. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitoring discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of a color will be accurate. So upon seeing the physical products if you do not love the product we are happy to make an exchange.
Not all products are eligible for returns. To maintain fairness to our designers and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale”. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
All policy changes will reflect on this page. In brief, we will offer a full refund if the item(s) were paid for using a debit/credit card and offer store credit should the payment mode is chosen to be COD.
There will be no returns or exchanges for products made to custom measurements.

The return or exchange of an item will only qualify if it meets all Terms & Conditions.
Please note we do not refund money on any merchandise sold.
Store credit or exchange can be processed only if we receive the merchandise in its original packaging with the tags intact.
To return an item, the customer can write to us at care@notjusttrivia.in requesting a return. However please note reverse pick-ups are subject to serviceable pin codes only.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
•We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
•All goods will be inspected on return for damage, spoiling, stains, and odors.
•All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods.
• Not Just Trivia is not responsible for return shipping fees or lost returns. A minimum shipping charge of INR 100 will be deducted from the customer’s store credit upon receipt.
•We are not responsible for unidentified returns or items that are returned to us by mistake.
• Please note, items marked with an, ‘**’ on the site cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally please note we do not accept returns on Jewellery. The same will be explicit on the product page under ‘Description’.
•Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
•Once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to that order.
Our Return and Exchange Policy applies only if merchandise is received under the following conditions:.
a. Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.
b. Merchandise must have all tags in place. Please inform our customer care department in case an item was delivered without tags.
c. Returns that are damaged or spoiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
d. Where belts, designer packagings such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags are provided, these should be included with your return.
e. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.

The Not Just Trivia quality team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up at an agreed-upon time.
Returned goods should retain original tags. Goods that are damaged/without tags will be returned to the customer. We hope it come to this, but should the goods be returned to us by you fail to meet our returns standards, the cost of returning it to you will have to be borne by you.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Not Just Trivia purchase. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
